The 65th (Autumn 2024) National Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition and the 2024 (Autumn) China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition were grandly held at the Xiamen International Exposition Center from November 17-19, 2024. This Exposition attracted 1694 exhibitors with over 10000 sets of products, and nearly 60000 professional visitors came to the exhibition to inspect equipment.Our packaging machines in exhibition includes three types of production lines: the DXDD30 high-speed granule packaging machine+electronic scale, the DXDT10 multi-two back sealing packaging machine+bag stacking system, and the DXDD21 intelligent tea bag packaging machine+DXHB20 stacking and boxing integrated machine.During the exhibition, our booth attracted the visit of multiple large pharmaceutical companies, with a bustling flow of customers, especially the DXDD30 high-speed granule packaging machine and electronic scale products, which solved the problem of weight inspection on high-speed machine and attracted many pharmaceutical customers to come and discuss.At the same time, CAMA also participated in the 20th Pharmaceutical Industry Development Conference. We utilized the booth to show the new products and logo through graphic and textual displays. We discussed cooperation with over 10 pharmaceutical companies from Guangdong, Hunan, and other regions during the Conference.
The company holds the high-level expert innovation series lecture’s first lessonCAMA held the lecture event to continuously encourage technological innovation, strengthen communication and collaboration among R&D members, and promote the exchange and inheritance of new knowledge, skills, and practical experience. The first lecture event was held on November 6th with over sixty participants, including high-level experts, youth representatives and technologists from various subsidiaries and the operations support departments attending.The lecture focused on market demands and industrial trends, facilitating the exchange of research results and practical experiences in new product areas such as design concepts and structural methods. Experts were invited to present on four main topics: general technology, key technology, forward-thinking insights, and research fronts. The lecture was held to inspire innovative thinking among R&D members, fostering knowledge renewal, help the technical members contribute wisdom and strength to the company.
In October, to further promote the Party's outstanding traditions, pass on the spirit, and strengthen cohesion and motivation, Factory No. 15 and CAMA came together to watch the patriotic film Volunteer Army: The Battle for Survival.Before the film began, Secretary Jiu encouraged everyone emphasizing that it was a just war led by the Party to protect national security and uphold peace. By watching this film, he hoped everyone would reflect on the sacrifices of revolutionary heroes who fought for independence and dignity. The company held the 2024 Youth Forum in meeting room on the afternoon of September 29, company leaders, department heads, employees who joined in the past three years, and committee members from the youth league joined the forum. They encouraged new employees to stay grounded in their roles, adjust their mind, focus on accumulating experience, and apply their knowledge to practice to improve their skills and demonstrate their professional value. At the meeting, Party Secretary Jiu Yingjun highlighted that this year marks the 25th anniversary of the company, a critical moment for its transformation and upgrade. He emphasized the importance of talent development, the introduction of CAMA "Strive for Excellence" culture, and ongoing reforms in labor, personnel, and distribution systems. These efforts aim to build a tiered career system, establish a team of top experts, and cultivate innovative technology leaders to support the company's high-quality development. He encouraged the youth to be energetic, take on challenges, and find their place in the industry. General Manager Liu Yonghong analyzed the company's business outlook, emphasized strong growth in both domestic and international markets. CAMA Participates in Sports EventOn September 22, the 8th Annual Employee Sports day of the Missile Academy, themed "United in Forging, Striving to Reach New Heights," successfully concluded at the Sports Center.From May 29 to September 22, CAMA formed teams to participate in various events. Whether it was the athletes demonstrating their sportsmanship on the field, the employees performing group exercises despite the heat, or the staff members quietly working behind the scenes, their dedication was widely praised. The effort paid off as the company was awarded the "Outstanding Organization Award" at the event.During the opening ceremony, a team of 142 employees from CAMA marched confidently into the venue with the sounds of the "Athletes' March," showing the positive spirit and energy. In the group performance segment, 100 company employees participated in a routine titled "Running Arrow Forgers," which highlighted the dedication and perseverance of the entire Missile Academy. The performance embodied their commitment to "loyalty, self-reliance, hard work, and striving for new heights," while also expressing their determination to succeed, optimism, and sense of responsibility.On the sprots day, 15 athletes from CAMA competed in track and field events and the relay race. In the end, an employee won second place in the men’s long jump (middle-aged B group), and an employee took fourth place in the women’s long jump (middle-aged group), earning honor for the company with their excellent performances. The passion for sports continues, and the energy for work grows stronger. By participating in sports day, the company not only showed its spirit but also strengthened its connections with other departments. The event boosted employee morale and physical fitness.
