The China Luoyang Peony Culture Festival, which began in 1983, was held  until the fortieth session in 2023. The 40th China Luoyang Peony Culture  Festival will officially begin the performance today. The Peony Flowers  are blooming and magnificent, welcome to Luoyang city.

In the heyday of the Tang Dynasty 1400 years ago, the whole country was  fascinated by it. The beautiful peony was truly national, and the  blooming flowers attracted to all. The peony flowering season has become  a carnival in the capital Chang'an city and Luoyang city. Since the  Tang and Song dynasties, peonies have become a symbol of auspiciousness,  happiness, and prosperity, and have been able to continue from  generation to generation.

The theme of the 40th Peony Culture Festival is "Penoy bloom, youth  debut".
