The company holds the high-level expert innovation series lecture’s first lesson
CAMA held the lecture event to continuously encourage technological innovation, strengthen communication and collaboration among R&D members, and promote the exchange and inheritance of new knowledge, skills, and practical experience. The first lecture event was held on November 6th with over sixty participants, including high-level experts, youth representatives and technologists from various subsidiaries and the operations support departments attending.
The lecture focused on market demands and industrial trends, facilitating the exchange of research results and practical experiences in new product areas such as design concepts and structural methods. Experts were invited to present on four main topics: general technology, key technology, forward-thinking insights, and research fronts. The lecture was held to inspire innovative thinking among R&D members, fostering knowledge renewal, help the technical members contribute wisdom and strength to the company.
