For example, pyramids currently use PLA and filter paper tea bags using Sesame pulp and wood pulp as raw materials. So the produced tea bags are environmentally friendly and easily biodegradable.Back to tea’s quality, nowadays companies all over the world start carrying out full tracking and management from the source to strictly control the quality of tea. Today tea bags are not a symbol of low quality, we need to re-view teabags from a developmental perspective.
The company holds the high-level expert innovation series lecture’s first lessonCAMA held the lecture event to continuously encourage technological innovation, strengthen communication and collaboration among R&D members, and promote the exchange and inheritance of new knowledge, skills, and practical experience. The first lecture event was held on November 6th with over sixty participants, including high-level experts, youth representatives and technologists from various subsidiaries and the operations support departments attending.The lecture focused on market demands and industrial trends, facilitating the exchange of research results and practical experiences in new product areas such as design concepts and structural methods. Experts were invited to present on four main topics: general technology, key technology, forward-thinking insights, and research fronts. The lecture was held to inspire innovative thinking among R&D members, fostering knowledge renewal, help the technical members contribute wisdom and strength to the company.
The company held the 2024 Youth Forum in meeting room on the afternoon of September 29, company leaders, department heads, employees who joined in the past three years, and committee members from the youth league joined the forum. The meeting began with an inspiring promotional video about the "Strive for Excellence" cultural philosophy of CAMA. New employees shared their experiences from their internships, discussed their work, industry development trends, and gained the advices from young professionals on topics such as optimizing management processes, advancing digital transformation, and applying their academic knowledge to the workplace. Young professionals shared their personal growth stories, from entering the company to working on cutting-edge projects. They encouraged new employees to stay grounded in their roles, adjust their mind, focus on accumulating experience, and apply their knowledge to practice to improve their skills and demonstrate their professional value. At the meeting, Party Secretary Jiu Yingjun highlighted that this year marks the 25th anniversary of the company, a critical moment for its transformation and upgrade. He emphasized the importance of talent development, the introduction of CAMA "Strive for Excellence" culture, and ongoing reforms in labor, personnel, and distribution systems. These efforts aim to build a tiered career system, establish a team of top experts, and cultivate innovative technology leaders to support the company's high-quality development. He encouraged the youth to be energetic, take on challenges, and find their place in the industry. General Manager Liu Yonghong analyzed the company's business outlook, emphasized strong growth in both domestic and international markets. The forum focused on communication, collaboration, and taking ownership of the company's success. Liu expressed the confidence that the company would exceed its annual targets in the fourth quarter, thanks to the collective efforts of all employees. Looking ahead, he emphasized the need for increased R&D investment to drive technological innovation and strengthen the company’s core competitiveness. He urged new employees to focus on their roles, continuously improve their skills, take responsibility, and embrace innovation to create opportunities for their career growth. At the end of the meeting, company leaders presented the young employees with professional books such as Guided by Value, From Chance to Certainty, and LTC and the Iron Triangle.
