After I had access to tea bags, I had some new ideas.New choice for packingAlthough most shops sell loose tea when facing the demand of the new generation, for example, those who want a cup of tea with ingredients, perhaps tea bag packing will be a better choice.If we need to make herbal tea, it is hard for us to control the exact dosage, and usually, there are many ingredients in one type of herbal tea, so it is quite complex to mix by yourself. So now the advantage of using tea bags has appeared.Also, the tea bag shapes are increasing, we not only have a single chamber, but also a double chamber, pyramid, and circle-shaped tea bag. These showed that the tea bag market is still growing.Maybe people are still doubting that the tea bag will leach hazardous substances, the answer is that with the development of technology, now we have new materials for tea bags. For example, pyramids currently use PLA and filter paper tea bags using Sesame pulp and wood pulp as raw materials. So the produced tea bags are environmentally friendly and easily biodegradable.Back to tea’s quality, nowadays companies all over the world start carrying out full tracking and management from the source to strictly control the quality of tea. Today tea bags are not a symbol of low quality, we need to re-view teabags from a developmental perspective.

There is a group of lovely people whose Spring Festival time was spent on the front line while others are together with family. CAMA leaders visited and expressed their gratitude to the employees, offering them sincere greetings and New Year blessings. CAMA also sent gifts to express thankness for these hard-working employees. Feeling the care and warmth from CAMA, everyone expressed their enthusiasm of work.
The truck fully carried the packing machines and left CAMA for Port Shanghai at 9 a.m. on January 5th, 2025, marking the successful conclusion of our project on the first weekend of the New Year.CAMA coordinated efforts from multiple departments including Production Support and Operations Management. The industry reduced the weekends’ rest time working hard on the project and got a high-quality result with the strong cooperation of our sister departments. Successfully passed the customer FAT test in one go.The New Year’s holiday and Chinese Spring Festival are near this year. The customer is facing the new year`s holiday hoping CAMA to dispatch the goods as soon as possible. The overseas sales team leader Wang Qiaoyun assisted customers in shipping the goods and booking cabins positively with the support of CAMA’s Operations Management Department. CAMA worked on weekends to ensure the goods could be delivered to the port on time for shipment.CAMA has always actively embraced the “customer-centric” idea and won customers' trust by offering high-quality products and services. CAMA continuously overcame technical challenges, enhanced its intelligence level, adopted new technologies to solve bag press problems, and successfully completed the upgrades of different tea bag packing machines. The updated machines all have much lower press rates and much higher rates of outputting good-quality products.CAMA keeps the customers’ trust and continuously improves customer satisfaction by adhering to high-quality products and services.
On the afternoon of December 2, Wang Zhibing, Vice-president and Party Committee member of missile academy, visited the company for a research and inspection. After reviewing updates on recent key initiatives, projections for achieving 2024 goals, and the overall vision for 2025, he praised the company’s operational successes this year and held discussions with the leadership team.
The 65th (Autumn 2024) National Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition and the 2024 (Autumn) China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition were grandly held at the Xiamen International Exposition Center from November 17-19, 2024. This Exposition attracted 1694 exhibitors with over 10000 sets of products, and nearly 60000 professional visitors came to the exhibition to inspect equipment.Our packaging machines in exhibition includes three types of production lines: the DXDD30 high-speed granule packaging machine+electronic scale, the DXDT10 multi-two back sealing packaging machine+bag stacking system, and the DXDD21 intelligent tea bag packaging machine+DXHB20 stacking and boxing integrated machine.During the exhibition, our booth attracted the visit of multiple large pharmaceutical companies, with a bustling flow of customers, especially the DXDD30 high-speed granule packaging machine and electronic scale products, which solved the problem of weight inspection on high-speed machine and attracted many pharmaceutical customers to come and discuss.At the same time, CAMA also participated in the 20th Pharmaceutical Industry Development Conference. We utilized the booth to show the new products and logo through graphic and textual displays. We discussed cooperation with over 10 pharmaceutical companies from Guangdong, Hunan, and other regions during the Conference.
