The DXDD30 high-speed (granule) packaging machine is unique and independently developed based on nearly 40 years of experience in the development of packaging machine. The whole machine adopts PLC , HMI and multi-point sensing detection control, and adopts independent intellectual property technologies such as quick change, adaptive filling volume, bag sorting and cartoning, etc. It has the characteristics of high intelligence, high efficiency, high stability and high energy saving.Through serialized design, high-speed small bag packaging of granules, powders, sauces and other materials can be realized, and the output products are in the form of single-layer bags (three-side sealing, four-side sealing), etc.
The Model DXDS20 double chamber tea bag packing machine is designed for automatic precise small-bag packing of granular and flake-like materials (20~60 mesh, such as broken tea leaves). This machine realizes cold-sealed forming of double chamber teabag and also uses thread-knotting method to secure the good connection between thread, hard tag, and filter teabag. The finished bags are automatically counted, stacked, grouped and finally outputed to automatic cartoning machine or to manually cartoning. Optional devices include heat-sealed envelope bag packing system and coding device.
Product introduction：The DXHB30 intelligent cartoning machine is suitable for high-speed and automatic cartoning of grouped soft bags. This machine is based on own patented technology. Driven by PLC and advanced servo, it can automatically complete the suction, opening and moving of cartons, the folding of instructions, the group, conveying and cartoning of soft bags, and finally finish folding ears, sealing cartons and outputting cartons. Adopting a modular design, the front end can be connected to soft bag packaging machines and bag sorting stacking machine, and the back end can be connected to cellophane wrapping machine. The total production packing line forms an integrated solution.

The teabag packing machine Model DXD01KM120 is single-chamber high-speed machine, and it is mainly used to pack broken tea and other granular materials (20-40 meshes bulk non-viscidity granular or sheet materials). Its main functions include automatic feeding, double-row slitting of tea bag, heatsealing of tag, cotton thread and filter paper, tea bag counting, grouping and output, etc. Through PLC, HMI and multi axis servo control system, the products packing are completed coordinately and orderly. The functional systems can be customized and developed, such as tea bag summary into envelope bag, envelope bag heat-sealing forming, envelope bag counting, grouping and output.
